HSN is keeping many people in Northeastern Ontario alive thanks to its organ and tissue donor program. And for the seventh year in a row the hospital has been acknowledged for the large amount of donors and transplants it’s able to make as a result. The program has allowed Brian Hanna, a retired HSN employee to breathe on his own thanks to a lung transplant. Hanna says without the donor family, he wouldn’t be alive today.
