It doesn’t happen often, but Monday night a North Bay taxpayer got up to the podium and thanked city council. Tom Sincock is visually impaired and lives in the Ferguson area that underwent rehab work to stop regular flooding. Sincock commended Bruman Construction and Miller Paving for the great job they’ve done on the street. Sincock also thanked council for setting up the three-way stop at Ferguson and Chippewa. He says on two occasions he’s almost been hit while crossing the street at that junction but the all way stops help protect him.
