In just more than three weeks, West Nipissing will be recognizing Small Business Week. To celebrate, the local Community Futures Development Corporation is holding an open house on October 20th. Economic Partners Sudbury East-West Nipissing says this year’s theme is Future-Proof Your Business. To that end, the agency is holding a funding forum as part of the open house. That’s where business people can meet with community partners and government funding agencies and ask questions about their shops. It all takes place at the West Nipissing Information Centre from 9:00am to 4:00pm with a barbeque sandwiched in between from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
