Powassan OPP is searching for a 55 year-old missing man from Restoule. Doug Inman has Down Syndrome, and was last seen Tuesday morning. The OPP helicopter, canine unite, and marine unit have all been called out in the search. Inman is 5’4, 114 pounds, with hazel eyes, brown hair and a receding hairline. He is non-verbal.
