Nickel Belt students benefit from summer jobs

The Au Chateau Home for the Aged in West Nipissing is one of the beneficiaries of a federal summer student work program.  In Nickel Belt, 82 organizations took part in the program including Au Chateau which took on six students to do work like maintenance and dietary.  The cost to pay 233 students riding-wide was $655,000.   Nickel Belt MP Marc Serre says the students gained valuable experience they can use in their working careers.
