Some residents of Algoma Manitoulin will have a chance to meet the leader of the Northern Ontario Party, Trevor Holiday. Holiday is partially touring the north starting September 22nd in Thunder Bay and then working his way east. He has stops planned for Espanola, Massey and Manitoulin on the 24th. The times and exact locations are still being worked out. Part of the tour is to also identify potential candidates who want to run for the party. The majority of ridings still need NOP candidates, however Algoma Manitoulin is not one of them because Tom Lee is the local candidate.
