The West Nipissing Lynx of the Greater Metro Hockey League will be returning to the ice for their second season very soon. The Lynx have announced that their first home pre-season game will be played next Thursday August 31st at 8:30 pm. They will play host to the Almaguin Spartans. This will be a preview of the Lynx first regular season game on Sept 8th against those same Spartans at the Sturgeon Falls Arena.
