West Nipissing resident Yvon Renaud is getting praises from Mayor Joanne Savage. Renaud was the catalyst for getting community benches placed in downtown Sturgeon Falls. However Mayor Joanne Savage says the benches will have a further reach and will be installed in the outlying areas in the coming days. Sponsors helped the project along by purchasing the benches. Savage hopes the initiative increases pedestrian traffic in West Nipissing.
