Nickel Belt MP Marc Serre is wrapping up an inter-parliamentary conference in Boston with Canadian and American politicians. Serre says the conference helps Northern Ontario explore trade opportunities with the U.S. Serre adds his presence also allows him to defend Northern Ontario economic interests from American protectionist policies. Serre says last year both countries generated $635-billion in economic activity.
