Nipissing First Nation will be housing the Kinoomaadziwin Education Body within its territory.  They will be providing space within one of its existing facilities for 3 to 5 staff until construction of a dedicated building is complete which is anticipate to be for Fall 2018.  Chief Scott McLeod says the Education Body will help First Nations build capacity, deliver services and realize their vision to implement self-determination of education. First Nations that join the KEB will work together through the education system to identify and manage their educational priorities and the system’s governance.
