In Kirkland Lake, a 29-year-old man is looking at a charge of attempted murder after a 39-year-old man was seriously injured. OPP got a call for help in one of the town’s motels where an altercation took place. The accused is from British Columbia. The man is also charged with forcible confinement and possession of a controlled substance.
