The Rock n’ Ribs Music and Ribs Festival is only days away. And organizing committee member Marc Roberge says there are some changes and additions at this year’s festival like adding more tents to create additional shading. Roberge says there’s also a better light show plus the rib trucks will be double staffed to avoid the long line up congestion that the festival experienced last year. The festival is this Saturday at the Minnehaha Bay Municipal Marina. In addition to the music and food, visitors can also enjoy what vendors have for sale.
