The Lavigne Community Centre will be coordinating a groundbreaking event for the Caisse Populaire Waterfront Park in Lavigne this Thursday July 13th, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the Lavigne boat launch. All members of the community are welcome to attend and enjoy the ceremony to celebrate the commencement of the park’s development!
