And France Gelinas, who represents Nickel Belt, says Kathleen Wynne is ignoring NDP requests to end the practice. Gelinas says the Premier has created a health model where people feel pressured to pay for basic and necessary health care. She says a consequence of this is we end up with longer wait times while those who whip out a credit card leap frog ahead of us.
