North Bay staff are working on a report to allow open air burning in the urban part of the city. Right now only rural sections of the city can burn. However it’s expected that not all parts of the city will be allowed to open burn, it’s going to depend where you live. The report will also look at the type of burning. Council is expected to have the report by July 31st.
