Nickel Belt MP Marc Serre has announced almost $262,000 in federal funding to improve the Greater Sudbury Airport. The money will in part be used to replace the airport’s apron flood lights. It will also be used to upgrade electrical panels that supply power to the airfield signs and also control the signs. Serre made the funding announcement along with his Sudbury federal counterpart, Paul Lefebvre.
