As the Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities conference gets underway, the event has upset the leader of the Northern Ontario Party. Trevor Holliday says as a legitimate political party, the NOP should have been invited to the annual conference. Holliday says the NOP wants to know why it wasn`t added to the conference and wants the explanation made public. He says the NOP represents northerners and should be represented at the event. This year`s FONOM conference is in North Bay and begins today.
