West Nipissing police have charged a man with assault following a baseball incident in a home. Inspector Ray St. Pierre says a person saw a man standing on a corner bleeding from his head and holding a baseball bat. He says police were called and they pieced together what had happened before that. It turns out the incident started at a home in Sturgeon Falls where there was a confrontation with another man involving a woman.
