Three people have been arrested after stealing copper from a Sturgeon Falls hydro facility. One woman and two men were pulled over on Highway 17, and found in possession of copper wire, bold cutters, and balaclavas. The damages at the Hydro compound are estimated to be over 10-grand. The group has been charged with a variety of things including theft over 5-thousand and possession of a break and enter instrument.
