Olympians are coming to Widdifield Secondary School this weekend. A team of Olympic Masters volleyball players will suit up against Widdifield alumni and North Bay all-stars tomorrow evening at 5:15 PM. This is a tribute to late teacher and North Bay Sports Hall of Fame inductee Doug Jess. The event will also raise money for 5-month old Jordan McInerney who is at Sick Kid’s Hospital four days a week fighting Leukemia. The Canadian Blood Services will be available at the event, pricking blood to check if there’s a match for Jordan.
