Police investigate several incidents

West Nipissing police have arrested a man who violated bail conditions in connection with a criminal harassment case.  Inspector Ray St. Pierre says shortly after his initial release, the female victim saw the accused in Sturgeon Falls.  St. Pierre says the woman let them know about the situation.  Police found the man who was living in Sturgeon Falls and charged him.    Meanwhile, a couple arguing in Sturgeon Falls caught the attention of neighbours who thought it best to call police.  St. Pierre says homeowners could hear things being broken in a home and loud voices.  St. Pierre says police responded but didn’t arrest anyone because no one had been assaulted and no threats were made.  But they stuck around to help calm down the situation.   In Lavigne, a man says someone entered his vehicle and garage.  Although things had been moved, the owner couldn’t tell if anything was stolen.  Police are using the incident as a reminder to keep buildings and vehicles locked.
