CAS board says executive keeping public informed during lockout

Contrary to what CUPE claims, the board of directors of the Nipissing-Parry Sound Children’s Aid Society, says the agency is keeping the public informed.  The board says executive director Gisele Hebert has done many media interviews during the lockout plus a lot of news releases have gone out.  The workers were locked out just before Christmas.  The board says the CAS locked then out based on strong evidence that its family and children’s services would be disrupted.
