North Bay councillors will have to reconsider a motion that prohibits street parking for 24 hours after a snowfall. Councillor George Maroosis says that part of the by-law is stupid, not enforceable and believes it would get thrown out of court. Maroosis wants it removed and although most councillors agree with him, Daryl Vallaincourt asked for the reconsideration. His motion automatically stops debate on the issue and forces another vote on the by-law at a future council meeting.
