The business community in West Nipissing will get an update Wednesday, January 25th on the International Plowing Match the municipality is hosting in 2019. That update is from Mayor Joanne Savage who is the guest speaker at the chamber of commerce’s annual general meeting. Accompanying the mayor is Stephan Poulin, the director of community services and economic development. In addition to the plowing match update, chamber members will also hear about the various economic initiatives West Nipissing has on the go. The chamber itself will also talk about what it has planned for 2017 and future years. The AGM is at Club Calumet and begins at 5 P-M.
