A West Nipissing man whose dog wandered away from his home and attacked another dog on Highway 539 faces charges. The second dog was tied up on its property when the first dog began biting it. The owner broke up the fight and followed the other dog to its home. The dog owner told the woman what her dog had done and then left. But 15 minutes later a man showed up at the dog owner`s home and roughed him up. He also threatened to shoot the man and his girlfriend the next time they drove by his house. That remark resulted in two counts of uttering threats against the man plus he was charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling.
