Noelville OPP have finally been able to charge the driver involved in a collision last June 5th on Highway 575. The driver took off in his vehicle right after the collision resulting in a warrant for his arrest. On December 27th, nearly seven months after the hit and run, the driver showed up at the Noelville OPP to turn himself in. He faces quite a few charges including failing to stop at the scene of an accident, failing to remain and careless driving. The young man is also charged with driving without insurance and failing to disclose insurance.
