North Bay police have arrested the second man they were looking for in connection with a violent robbery. The second man was arrested on Tuesday and is charged with extortion and two counts each of forcible confinement and robbery with violence. The first man was arrested in his home Monday morning and faces the same offenses. Both are 18 and live in North Bay. The robbery took place earlier this month and police say both of the accused know their victims.
