People riding through Sturgeon Falls on Wednesday will be greeted by their MP. Marc Serre has been standing on street corners this week throughout Nickel Belt wishing people and passing traffic a Merry Christmas. Serre says it’s a busy time of year and he’s not forgetting that it’s the people of Nickel Belt who elected him to office. He says his Christmas greetings are one way to thank people as they head off to work or are going home. And with Wednesday’s high of minus 1, the weather will be a lot warmer than the bone chilling minus 20 Serre experienced in Valley East on Monday when he started his Christmas greetings. Serre will be on the Hey just by Larry’s and Tim Hortons around 3:30pm.
