Sudbury police won’t be able to charge three young people for vandalizing four buses in Capreol and the depot where they’re parked. That’s because under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, anyone under 12 can’t be charged with an offense. The young people in the bus depot incident are 8, 9 and 10. The damage amounts to $3,000 and includes broken windows and discharged fire extinguishers.
