West Nipissing council has passed another proclamation. Mayor Joanne Savage says this latest proclamation recognizes Addictions Awareness Week. Savage says anyone can experience substance abuse any time during their life. The campaign also draws attention to the harm substance abuse causes. Addictions Awareness Week runs November 13th to the 19th.
