It appears the rash of break-ins that hit Sturgeon Falls on Sunday and Monday may be related. First the Recreational Complex got hit on Sunday and then the Minnehaha Bay business complex was broken into the next night. Now West Nipissing police have laid numerous charges against two men. In addition, Inspector Ray St. Pierre says that while looking into the main break-ins, their investigation led police to another related crime, this one involving a mischief against a business. Among the charges both men face are break and enter, theft under $5,000, possession of break-in tools and wearing a disguise while committing an offense. Two young people under 18 also face charges in connection with the break-ins.
