There’s a happy ending to the tool box found by Tom Davies Square in Sudbury that had people thinking might contain a bomb. Police have found the 24-year-old man who put the box under a bench Wednesday morning and left. The man told police he left it behind because he didn’t need it anymore. Police have determined the man was telling the truth and no charges will be laid because there was no criminal intent. When a security guard spotted the box, employees were evacuated because the thinking was there might be a bomb inside. However an OPP bomb robot from North Bay determined there was no bomb.
