We might be heading into winter, but in West Nipissing some of the talk in Cache Bay concerns the dock. Mayor Joanne Savage says the floating dock proposed for Cache Bay has been built. She says now it’s just a question of waiting for the return of spring so they can be installed. The old dock in Cache Bay has already been decommissioned and the new fixed dock has been built.
