Sudbury police have recovered a stolen utility trailer and returned the unit and its contents to the rightful owner. They’ve also arrested and charged the man responsible for the theft a week after it took place. The accused is 45 and is charged with theft over five thousand dollars. In addition, the man is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of property obtained by crime and mischief.
