A pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle in Sudbury last week has died. The victim is an elderly woman. Police are not releasing the woman’s name at the request of the family. Police say the driver will not be charged because he was not speeding and had the right of way. The woman was on a scooter at the time of the deadly collision which took place last week on Monday on Notre Dame.
