A spooky tradition returns to West Nipissing at the end of the month. It’s the Safe Halloween for Kids on October 31st. Mayor Joanne Savage says there’s still time for people to get involved in the upcoming event by calling 753-0160. The Safe Halloween for Kids takes place at the West Nipissing Community and Recreation Centre in Sturgeon Falls. It’s on Halloween from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
