Police are continuing to investigate a fatal collision between a vehicle and transport trailer on Highway 17 in Markstay Warren. What police know is the passenger vehicle was eastbound when it went into the opposite lane and smashed into a westbound transport trailer. The driver of the vehicle later died in Sudbury hospital. The victim of Wednesday evening’s crash has been identified as 19-year-old Jon Usitalo of Sudbury. The collision closed the highway for nine hours.
