The New Democrat for Timmins-James Bay says the Trudeau Liberals keep proving they’re no different from the Harper Tories. Charlie Angus says the Liberals plan to reduce healthcare spending by half by cutting the current six percent allocation down to three. Angus says during last year’s election, Justin Trudeau promised to spend more on health. But Angus says now the Prime Minister is taking a page from Stephan Harper’s playbook and is reducing spending. Angus says doing this will make it tougher for the feds to negotiate new health care deals with the provinces.
