A Sturgeon Falls man still can’t get over that he’s won $183,000 from last Friday’s LOTTO MAX draw. Cuong Dhin has been playing the same set of numbers for 19 years and finally got the pay off. Dhin says when he checked his ticket on Saturday he thought he had won $183 and that’s what he thought all day long at work. After work he had his ticket validated and learned to his surprise he was $183,000 richer. Dhin says the sudden windfall is a big boost in his life. He’s not sure what he’ll spend the money on but hasn’t ruled out getting a new SUV.
