The North Bay chamber of commerce launched its Go the Extra Mile program on Thursday. The program rewards owners, employees and volunteers for great customer service. The chamber says by providing excellent service, tourists are likely to come back for repeat visits. Each month the chamber reviews nominations and based on a set of criteria will announce a winner.
