Angus says Liberals have no plans to increase FedNor funding

There are no plans to increase FedNor’s funding or staff numbers.  That’s what MP Charlie Angus of Timmins-James Bay says following comments from the agency’s director general.  The director says the FedNor budget remains at $31-million and the number of people it employs is 81.  Angus says this is the level Stephen Harper reduced FedNor down to and by maintaining the status quo, the Liberals are following in his footsteps.  Angus says the FedNor budget used to be $120-million before Harper decimated it and adds the Liberals are no better.
