Ottawa police say the body they pulled from the Ottawa River is that of a missing Sudbury woman. Twenty-year-old Jessica Ntahoturi was last seen a week ago Tuesday in Ottawa not far from the University of Ottawa where she was a student. Her body was retrieved from the Ottawa River this past Sunday. Ottawa police say there is no foul play.
