West Nipissing has a new manager of public works. He’s Shawn Remillard, who happens to be a former employee of the municipality. Remillard is a lifelong resident of West Nipissing and worked for the municipality before heading to North Bay in 2006 to work in operations. West Nipissing describes Remillard as a proven leader who is respected by those who work with him. He assumes his role as public works manager of West Nipissing September 19th.
