Sudbury continues doctors recruiting drive

Sudbury is ensuring it has a healthy crop of doctors.  City council is continuing a spending program to attract more physicians to the Nickel City next year by spending $150,000.  Under the program, new recruits gets $20,000 each from the city to help them with their open for business sign.  The program was first started in 2008 and so far has attracted 70 doctors and two practitioners.  The next recruiting round is hoping to attract nine doctors and two nurse practitioners.
