Police chief puts out back to school tips

West Nipissing police Chief Chuck Seguin is reminding the motoring public that next Tuesday is back to school.  And with that in mind, the chief is asking motorists to be mindful when driving.   He says watch for the flashing lights and stop when the bus’s stop arm is out.

Seguin adds watch your surroundings when the bus has pulled away because young students will still be around.  The chief says kids are pretty excited during the first week of school so everyone needs to play a role in ensuring the return to school is a safe experience.
