Crews may be getting an upper hand with a forest fire in Algonquin Park. The fire is now being held at 48 hectares after the area got some rain. Another fire west of Latchford that’s 61 hectares big is now under control. The fire hazard ranges from low to high depending where you live in the Northeast Region.
