Toilet paper drive underway in North Bay

A group in North Bay is trying to raise 10,000 rolls of toilet paper for the local Food Bank.  The drive was inspired by a similar event in Kingston.  Over the next five weeks, North Bay residents are asked to drop off bathroom tissue at various outlets.  The first drop off day is this Saturday at Your Independent Store from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Food Bank manager Amber Livingstone says the drive means money it normally spends on toilet paper will help buy other goods.  In the Kingston drive 46,000 bathroom rolls were collected.
