A Verner couple face charges after a string of offenses in the community. In the last week of July, a pharmacy and financial business were broken into and a prescription for narcotics was forged. The investigation by West Nipissing police led them to a home in Verner where they found a 42-year-old woman and 36-year-old man. They are charged with using a forged document, mischief under five thousand dollars, theft under five thousand dollars and break and enter.
