Tory leader weighs in on Premier’s visit to the north

Progressive Conservative leader Patrick Brown welcomes Premier Kathleen Wynne’s tour of Northern Ontario.  But at the same time, Brown says it’s about time.  Brown says it’s been eight years since the Ministry of Economic Development has invested money in the north.  Brown hopes Wynne sees for herself how northerners are struggling to pay their bills.  One area that frustrates Brown is how energy minister Glenn Thibeault of Sudbury refuses to call skyrocketing hydro rates a crisis.
