A Sturgeon Falls man has been found guilty of sexual assault after having sex with a 13-year-old girl. Twenty-four-year-old Tyler Loucks will now spend nine months behind bars. Loucks met the girl online and then they both met at a North Bay coffee shop. He had sex with the teen the second time they got together. Sometime after that encounter, the girl filed a complaint with North Bay police. Loucks turned himself into police after the complaint was made and said he thought the teen was 17.
